Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapy
services within a school setting in Fairport, NY. This contract
position offers flexibility, with part-time candidates encouraged
to apply. The role focuses on supporting students therapeutic needs
to enhance their ability to participate fully in educational
activities. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and assess students
occupational therapy needs. - Develop and implement individualized
therapy plans. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and other
professionals to promote student progress. - Document therapy
sessions and maintain accurate records. - Provide direct one-on-one
and group therapy services in the school environment. Preferred
Qualifications: - Valid Occupational Therapist license. -
Experience working with school-aged children. - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. - Flexibility for
part-time or full-time contract assignments. Location: Fairport, NY
