Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Circulator OR Job Details: • Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM • Focus on cardiac operating room procedures • Independently scrub and circulate complex adult cardiac cases • Handle CABGs, structural heart cases (Bentall), minimally invasive procedures (Mini Aortic Valve Replacement), and heart failure cases (Impella) • Care for patients undergoing TAVIs, VAD procedures, ECMO, artificial heart implantation, and heart transplants • Use multidisciplinary approach to care for patients of all ages • Two years of experience required • Operating room experience in a level 1 trauma center preferred • Must be able to circulate operating room procedures • Transplant and TAVI/TAVR experience preferred but not required • New York RN license required • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association only) Facility: This major academic medical center operates a comprehensive adult cardiac operating room that provides advanced cardiovascular surgical services.
