Job Description CareerNation is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room Level II for a travel nursing job in Watertown, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel OR RN CareerNation is looking for a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a highly skilled OR team for a 13 week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have recent (in the past 3 years) experience circulating and scrubbing. Those with experience outside the 3 years will be considered but will be required to successfully pass a training course. Location: Watertown, NY Dates: 4/20/26 - 7/22/26 13 weeks no more than 2 RTO date requests Shift: 7p - 7:30a (must work some weekends, holidays, and call) Floating is required if needed On call required (Response time of 30 minutes). Knowledge in the use of typical clinical equipment instrumentation utilized in providing a safe and/or aseptic environment in and OR/ASU setting. Lacking recent experience but want to return to the OR: Those without recent previous Operating room experience must participate and pass the six month Association of Operating Room Nursing Peri-operative 101 Education Program. Successful completion and passing grade on the final exam is mandatory and a condition of employment as an Operating room RN. Additional Testing Required: Lethal dysrhythmia interpretation skills. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. /nCurrent NYS RN license or eligible./nBLS required /nACLS preferred./nMinimum one year medical/surgical experience preferred; preceptorship, charge and leadership abilities preferred for experienced RNs./nMinimum 2 yrs experience in an OR setting Circulating and Scrubbing in the past three years.
