Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - ICU Neuro /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 36 hours per week in day/evening/night rotation schedule /n• Holiday, on-call, callback, and charge responsibilities per unit needs /n• Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill neurological patients in a 12-bed ICU /n• Care for patients with traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurologic pathologies /n• Work in brand new state-of-the-art intensive care unit /n• New York RN License required (NY License ONLY) /n• Minimum 2 years RN experience with ICU acute care experience required /n• Telemetry experience required /n• Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication and organizational skills /n• Ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care required /n• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) and ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY) /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit with a primary focus on critically ill neurological patients requiring specialized nursing and medical care.
