Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position in Orchard Park, NY, for a Dental Assistant. The Dental Assistant will assist the prosthodontist with a variety of dental procedures and provide support in patient care. Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatments, maintaining a sterilized and organized work environment, assisting during dental procedures, and educating patients about oral care. Additional duties may include managing dental tools and materials, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Qualifications Experience or training in Dental Assisting, with knowledge of dental tools and procedures Skills in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care, ensuring patients receive high-quality care Proficiency in Sterilization techniques and maintaining a clean and safe working environment Strong communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and education Organizational skills with attention to detail Certification or relevant training in dental assisting is preferred Prior experience in a prosthodontic or dental practice is a plus Benefits and Pay 401K with a 3% match after one year Paid holidays Sick time Vacation time Pay range $23-25
