Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist position is available for maternity leave
coverage from April 13, 2026, through May 26, 2026. This role
supports school-based therapy services and is travel-based, located
in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy
services to students to help improve their functional skills and
participation in school activities. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and
other professionals. Conduct evaluations and progress assessments
to monitor student development. Document therapy sessions and
maintain compliance with district and state regulations.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students
educational goals. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist
(OT) with school-based experience. Experience working in a K-12
school setting preferred. Ability to manage therapy caseload and
documentation effectively. Strong communication and collaboration
skills. Valid state licensure to practice occupational therapy in
Delaware. Location and Schedule: Position is based in Wilmington,
DE. Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Start
