Description: HWL Medical Center-AN-0724 MS RN\r\n100 mile radius
rule\r\n12hr shifts - weekend, holiday and call
required\r\n7p-7a\r\n13 weeks\r\nRN should be comfortable Floating
to Med/Surg and PCU\r\nTraveler must hold CURRENT NY
license.\r\nCoronary Care experience needed as well\r\nTraveler
should have completed at least 1 successful traveler
assignment.\r\nFirst time travelers will NOT be
considered.\r\nGraduate from an accredited School of
Nursing.\r\nPrevious hospital RN experience is preferred.\r\nBLS
required or obtained within 3 months of hire.\r\nPossesses a
thorough knowledge of nursing principles. Ability to provide
quality patient care, and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g.
clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual.\r\nMust recognize safety
issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use
of lifts to and move patients in a safe manner.\r\nMust be able to
function well in stressful situations and have good, creative,
problem-solving skills.\r\nStrong leadership skills with the
ability to prioritize and delegate.\r\nMay be required to assume
duties as a charge nurse.\r\nExcellent interpersonal,
organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
