Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: House Supervisor - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/21/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Supervisor - Skilled Nursing Facility/n/n Location/n New York /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Night shifts include a combination of 3, 8-hour shifts and 1, 12-hour shift per week, totaling 36 hours. /n/nJob Description/n The RN Supervisor will serve as a resource for problem-solving and providing clinical expertise, while also facilitating staff mentoring and coaching, and facilitating patient flow during off shifts. This position supports a diverse range of patient diagnoses within a 180-bed facility. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Oversee nursing care delivery across multiple units. /n - Provide clinical guidance and serve as a mentor to nursing staff. /n - Ensure patient safety and adherence to care standards. /n - Manage patient flow, particularly during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. /n - Document sentinel events and manage incidents as required. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. /n - Previous charge experience required. /n - Must have EPIC charting system experience. /n - Current NY state RN license required. /n - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
