Job Description:

active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A contracted Physical
Therapist opportunity is available in Webster, NY, supporting
school-based services during the Extended School Year (ESY) period.
This role involves providing onsite physical therapy to students
from kindergarten through age 22, ensuring tailored support to
enhance their mobility, functional independence, and overall
educational success. Responsibilities include: - Delivering direct
physical therapy services aligned with individual student education
plans - Collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to
develop and implement effective therapeutic interventions -
Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records in
compliance with regulatory requirements - Participating in team
meetings to contribute to student support planning - Managing
caseload to meet the unique needs of each student within the ESY
schedule Qualifications: - Valid New York State Physical Therapist
license (required for consideration) - Previous experience
providing physical therapy services in a school setting preferred -
Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to manage a
caseload effectively within specified hours - Commitment to
supporting students functional goals in an educational environment
Work schedule: - Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.,
including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break - 35 hours per week -
Contract position from July 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026 This
position provides the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload
in a supportive educational environment, contributing directly to
student success during a critical part of the school year.
