Job Description Aramark is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Catering Operations Manager to lead and oversee catering services
at a high-profile corporate dining location. This role is
responsible for managing all aspects of catering operations,
ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and
client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader
with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and a
commitment to excellence. Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The
salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 . If both
numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to
offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the

Job Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily catering
operations including planning, execution, and post-event
evaluation. Ensure compliance with Aramark standards, health and
safety regulations, and client expectations. Manage catering
logistics including staffing, equipment, and inventory. Client &
Event Management Serve as the primary point of contact for
corporate clients regarding catering needs. Collaborate with
clients to design customized menus and event plans. Ensure seamless
execution of events ranging from executive meetings to large-scale
corporate functions. Team Management Recruit, train, and supervise
catering staff. Schedule and manage labor to meet operational needs
and budget targets. Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism,
and continuous improvement. Financial Oversight Monitor and manage
catering budgets, cost controls, and profitability. Track and
report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in pricing
strategies and contract negotiations. Quality Assurance Maintain
high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
Conduct regular audits and feedback sessions to ensure continuous
improvement. Qualifications 3 years of experience in catering or
food service management, preferably in a corporate or institutional
setting. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication
and client relationship skills. Proficiency in catering software
and Microsoft Office Suite. ServSafe certification or equivalent
