& Taphouse is a brand-new restaurant that has opened in North
Tonawanda! We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated
individual to join our team as a Line Cook. The Line Cook is
responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our
American-style cuisine, including gourmet burgers, in-house smoked
barbecue, and brick oven pizzas. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook
food items according to standardized recipes and specifications.
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a
clean and safe kitchen environment. Set up and stock stations with
all necessary supplies and ingredients. Ensure that all food items
are prepared and served in a timely manner. Collaborate with the
kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor
food quality and presentation to meet our high standards. Assist in
the development and improvement of menu items. Maintain a clean and
organized work area, including equipment, utensils, and storage
areas including closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager
Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and ensure
cost efficiency. Follow all sanitation and hygiene regulations to

Requirements: • Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation,
and kitchen equipment. • Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong
attention to detail and accuracy in food preparation and
presentation. • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with
other kitchen staff members. • Flexibility to work evenings,
weekends, and holidays as required. • Must be at least 18 years
old. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand for long periods of
time. • Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and
arms. • Able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
