What You’ll Be Doing Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in good operating condition. Communicate professionally with customers and teammates to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries. Maintain adherence to safety procedures and traffic regulations at all times. Assist with routine truck cleaning and minor maintenance activities. What We Are Looking For Safe and responsible vehicle operation with strong attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Skill in navigating various job sites and adapting to changing conditions. Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset. Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
