As a Processing Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production line, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency every step of the way. Schedule Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Rotation: 3 days one week, 4 days the next (12-hour shifts) Enjoy built-in days off while working full-time hours What You’ll Do Inspect fresh and processed products on conveyor systems or roller tracks Place products on processing and packaging lines with care and accuracy Load and unload trays, racks, and carts to keep production flowing Pack finished products into boxes, label and seal cases for shipment Clean and set up processing and packaging equipment for daily operations What You Bring Experience with production processes and machinery setup/tear down Ability to clean and sanitize processing areas to meet quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and support staff General knowledge of food production and quality assurance practices Work Environment Fast-paced, physically active role with frequent standing, lifting, and movement Exposure to extreme temperatures and loud noise levels Regular handling of food allergens Must be able to lift 15 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Why Join Us Be part of a dynamic, team-oriented environment where your work matters Gain valuable experience in a supportive setting that encourages skill development Work with a company that values communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of West Henrietta, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
