  Job Description:
  Responsible for operating CT scanners to produce diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
  Ensure patients are positioned accurately for specific scans.
  Interpret and execute CT scan protocols as directed by radiologists.

  Qualifications:
  Education:
  Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  Associate's Degree or higher preferred

  Licensing/Certification:
  Valid New York State license to practice Diagnostic Radiography
  Valid New York State license to inject contrast material preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire
  Valid and current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in X-ray -

  Experience:
  Knowledge of CT and radiologic standards, requirements and regulations.
  Knowledge of CT and radiologic equipment uses and maintenance.
  One year of experience as a CT Tech is typically required.
