*Job Description*The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a number of individuals to fill the positions of *Maintenance Technician (3rd shift), Process Operator* *(1st shift)* & *Packaging Operator (1st shift)*. The responsibilities of these positions are similar and vary mostly in the level of skill required while on the production floor. We will be placing applicants into each job based on skillset and/or previous manufacturing experience, so applying to this job post means that you are open to an offer for any of the listed position. *Exact pay will depend on experience but remain within the stated ranges: Maintenance $24.54-$28.73; Packaging/Process starting at $20.17.**Responsibilities & Duties:** Operates machines that perform filling and packaging functions.* Makes minor adjustments to machinery as needed.* Inspects filled packets to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications.* Fills out production work orders accurately to include start/stop times, down time codes, and packaging materials used.* Dismantles, cleans and sanitizes equipment.* Monitors mechanical operation of machinery, including clearing equipment jams machines, and assisting with troubleshooting.* Placing of packaging components into specified areas, finished package inspection, grading for quality defects, placing finished packages into a carton, and palletizing the cartons.* Install, repair, and maintain myriad electrical and mechanical equipment including PLC's, wiring, motor starters, switches, motors, gearboxes, pumps, filters, actuators, valves, circuits, etc. Must also operate power tools, welders, torches, hand tools, and electrical and instrument test equipment.* Read, understand and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings.* Maintain records pertinent to equipment performance, necessary repairs and downtime via PM's, SAP work requests, utilizing PC based systems.*Minimum Qualifications:** High School Diploma or GED preferred.* Previous food & beverage manufacturing experience preferred.* Basic digital literacy.* Safety Awareness - Being aware of conditions that affect employee safety.* Quality Orientation - Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved- no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.* Adaptability - Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment.* Teamwork/Collaboration - Working effectively with team/work group or those outside the formal line of authority (e.g. peers or senior managers) to accomplish organizational goals.*Benefits:** Daily Overtime for work performed in excess of 8 hours* Daily Double Time for work performed in excess of 12 hours* Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance* Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account* 401K with company match* Paid Time Off* Numerous elective benefits: Supplemental Life, Legal Services, Pet Insurance* Employee Discounted Programs: Product Purchase, Home/Auto Insurance and multiple brand name product and services*About Us*The Kraft Heinz Company is one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with eight $1 billion+ brands and global sales of approximately $25 billion.
