This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and contribute to the development of innovative industrial automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and programming of electrical control systems. They will also be involved in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of PLC Programming, Controls Engineering, and various automation systems such as Rockwell, Siemens, and Schneider. Proficiency in Autocad Electrical is also essential for this role.Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and program PLC-based control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical control systems to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand process requirements and develop appropriate automation solutions.
• Maintain and update electrical schematics and documentation using Autocad Electrical.
• Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure the safe operation of control systems.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff to enhance their understanding of control systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in control systems technology and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in PLC programming and familiar with automation systems such as Rockwell, Siemens, and Schneider.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex control systems.
  • Proficient in using Autocad Electrical for creating and updating electrical schematics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of safety standards and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven track record in successfully completing projects within specified timelines and budgets.
