• Demonstrated success working with customers
• Inventory sales/order systems experience
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
• Sales Experience: Some experience in sales, customer service or a related field
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage with customers effectively
• Customer Focus: A friendly demeanor and a desire to help customers with their needs
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
