Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation, a leading provider in workplace uniforms
and protective workwear in North America and Europe, is searching
for a highly motivated Customer Development Representative. In this
role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market reach,
enhancing customer relationships, and driving business growth by
promoting customized uniform and facility service programs tailored
to meet the diverse needs of businesses of all sizes. Identify
potential new clients and businesses, and develop strategies to
cultivate partnerships. Present, promote and sell UniFirst’s
products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and
customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold
calling, networking, and referral strategies. Expedite the
resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
satisfaction. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within
schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other
departments. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales,
and status reports. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional
trends. Continuously improve through feedback. Proven ability to
communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong
interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to create and deliver
presentations tailored to the audience’s needs. Proficient in CRM
software and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills with a
problem-solving attitude. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales Professional Certification
preferred. CRM software certifications are a plus.
