Job Description:
The Moore Agency, a leader in innovative marketing and
communications solutions, is seeking a dynamic Union Benefits
Hybrid Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. This role
combines the art of relationship management with strategic sales
initiatives, focusing on tailoring insurance solutions specifically
for union members and their families. As a hybrid representative,
you will balance your time between on-field engagements and digital
communications, ensuring our union clients receive personalized,
informed service. Develop and maintain relationships with union
leaders and members to understand and meet their insurance needs.
Craft personalized insurance proposals based on careful analysis of
each union member's unique circumstances. Navigate and manage both
digital and in-person meetings effectively to communicate product
benefits and services. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by
executing strategic sales plans. Collaborate with our marketing and
client service teams to streamline service delivery and enhance
customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and
legislative changes that impact union members. Provide feedback to
management on market trends, opportunities for new markets, and
ways to enhance service offerings. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills, adept at relationship-building Proficient in
both traditional and digital sales tactics Excellent organizational
and time management skills Ability to analyze and interpret the
needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and
resolutions required Experience with CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite Adept at data analysis and report preparation Medical
Insurance Life Insurance Certified Insurance Service Representative
(CISR) or equivalent preferred Active Insurance License in the
state of operation is required
