Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation, a leader in the provision of workplace
uniforms and protective work wear, is seeking a motivated and
customer-oriented Customer Development Representative to expand our
reach within the United States, Europe, and Canada markets. In this
role, you will play a critical part in sustaining and growing our
customer base by leveraging your skills in sales and customer
relationship management to provide tailored uniform and facility
service programs to businesses of varying sizes. This position
offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic sales team
and uphold the UniFirst reputation of quality service and products.
Identify and target potential new clients through networking, cold
calling, and lead generation activities. Conduct presentations and
meetings with potential clients to introduce them to UniFirst’s
products and services. Develop proposals tailored to the client's
specific needs and follow through with contracts and agreements.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by
providing exceptional follow-up, understanding their needs, and
offering solutions. Collaborate with marketing and product
development teams to understand and promote new offerings. Meet and
exceed sales targets in accordance with company goals. Represent
UniFirst professionally at all times, providing superior customer
service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal
and written. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities. Proficiency in CRM software and strong computer skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Medical

Certifications in sales or marketing would be a plus (e.g.,
Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Professional Sales
Person (CPSP)). A valid driver's license may be required due to the
nature of the job responsibilities.
