Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions worldwide, is seeking a seasoned Manager for our
Account Management team in the Financial Services division. This
role is pivotal in driving the success of our business through
strategic client relationships and ensuring the delivery of
exceptional service. The Manager will craft and execute account
strategies, lead a team of account managers, and foster growth and
retention among our high-value clients. This position requires a
deep understanding of the financial services industry, superb
leadership skills, and a track record of hitting and surpassing
targets. Develop and execute strategic account plans to enhance
profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the
company’s client base. Manage a team of account managers, fostering
an environment of growth and development. Maintain high retention
rates and ensure alignment with clients’ strategic objectives.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify new opportunities
within existing accounts. Monitor performance metrics and create
reports on key account metrics. Lead the negotiation and close
agreements with large customer accounts. Stay abreast of industry
trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and
enhancements. Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven strategic and
analytical abilities In-depth knowledge of payment technology and
financial services Proficient with CRM software and data analysis
