Summary PM Service Technicians preform scheduled preventative maintenance on customer farms to prevent reactive service needs and to keep the customer milking systems running smoothly. Primary Duties/ Responsibilities 1. Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to type of equipment. 2. Provide customer support during field visits. 3. Collaborate with service/sales colleagues when needed. 4. Tie “workflow” to your daily schedule. 5. Produce timely and detailed service reports. 6. Communicate with Service Manager if/when a follow up call is required. 7. Engage in continued education when necessary (as requested by your branch manager) 8. Keep accurate records and files. 9. Remain reliable during your “on call” timeframes. 10. Build positive rapport and relationships with our customer base. 11. Observe all bio-security measures. 12. Keep abreast of the latest methods for producing/ selling high quality milk. 13. Follow all company procedures and protocols. 14. Maintain a professional image. 15. Be a positive part of the F&T team. 16. Other duties as assigned. Compensation details: 25-30 Hourly Wage PI4c6adac51ee9-37156-39910960
