Join our client’s team as a Document Custodian Vault Analyst in the banking industry! In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and maintaining critical loan and financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where precision and organization are key to safeguarding essential records. Role & Responsibility: Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success Process and maintain custody documents in accordance with agency guidelines or custodial agreements for Institutional clients. Utilize imaging systems to scan, index, and retrieve documents efficiently. Match document data within the custody tracking system to original documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Determine if documents are original or copies and update records accordingly. Follow established review criteria and escalate discrepancies as needed. Update the tracking system with any exceptions or issues identified during the review process. Ensure compliance with company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls. Identify and escalate risk-related issues to management. Maintain internal control standards, addressing audit points as required. Support a diverse and inclusive work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills & Experience Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive HS Diploma OR equivalent, and one year of document or imaging experience. Proficiency with personal computers, good alpha/numeric skills. Adapting to new policies and procedures to improve processes and workflow. Ability to function independently within time constraints. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong work ethic, reliable and dependable
