Job Description Job Description Office Admin Location: Syracuse, NY Position Type: Part-Time Company: Apex Entertainment Apex Entertainment is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Support the General Manager with scheduling, paperwork, and administrative tasks Answer phones, respond to emails, manage all other office duties Maintain organized records and filing systems Assist in coordinating staff schedules and internal communications Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training a plus Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Why Join Apex Entertainment?
