This role offers flexible hours, making it perfect for those looking to balance work with other commitments. Prepare a variety of cuisines and dishes according to prescribed menus and recipes Follow strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure food safety Collaborate with the catering team to plan event menus, including accommodating special dietary requests Set up and break down at event locations, ensuring that all cooking equipment is operated safely Perform pre- and post-event inventory to manage supplies and avoid wastage Interact professionally with clients and guests during events, representing Aramark's high standards Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules Excellent time management and organizational skills Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Food Safety Certification (such as ServSafe) preferred Culinary arts training or certificate is a plus
