Constellation, a leader in providing innovative energy solutions nationwide, is seeking a dedicated Engineer, Implementation to join our Engineering & Architecture team. This role focuses on supporting the deployment of energy solutions including renewable energy projects, energy efficiency initiatives, and modernizing power and gas infrastructure. As a valued member of Constellation, you'll be instrumental in charting the path towards a more sustainable and efficient energy future, leveraging your technical expertise to bring our groundbreaking projects from conception through operational phases. Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of project implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including design, project management, and field operations to optimize project execution. Perform technical feasibility studies and generate implementation plans. Monitor project progress and address any technical challenges that arise, proposing effective solutions. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company safety and quality standards. Prepare and deliver detailed project documentation and progress reports to stakeholders. Assist in the procurement of materials and services, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met. Strong proficiency in project management software and MS Office. In-depth understanding of energy systems, including renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency measures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and blueprints. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification desirable.
