Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - CVOR Job Details: • Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM • Provide cardiac operating room nursing care for a wide variety of patients • Care for patients undergoing CABGs, TAVIs, and heart failure procedures including VADs, ECMO, artificial heart, and heart transplants • Utilize multidisciplinary approach to care for patients of all ages • Must be able to both scrub and circulate in the operating room • New York RN license required (NY license only) • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required • Operating room experience in a level 1 trauma center preferred • Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only) and ACLS (American Heart Association only) Facility: This major academic medical center features a comprehensive adult cardiac operating room that provides advanced cardiac surgical services.
